Hello Again,

So I traced some of my problems to the window relay switch. I bought a new one and just replaced it. I went back in the car and the windows still do not go down. I’ve been under the dash and all of the wires there are sound and plugged in and everything seems alright with things recieving a current. Is it possible that the switches in the master switch went bad together? And if the switches in the master switch went bad would that mean the individual switches would no longer work as well? As in, are they all connected to the master switch and if the master switch fails they all fail/ will not work. Thank you for your help!

If your getting power to all the switches, they should work. If only to the master switches on the drivers door then you could have a bad lock switch.(It turns off the power to the switches) have you tried jumping power to the motors at each location? That will rule out 4 bad motors.

The motors are new (in the front and both windows quit at the same time.

The motors are new (in the front and both windows quit at the same time. If the lock switch is bad would that influence the drivers door switch?
