Not mine.

Has '70 steering wheel and an AC center vent (but no AC). Toploader looks incorrect, small spline S/B large, stubby pilot spline for 428. Looks like a 390/SB trans.

$55K and 7H to go.

It’s a nice looking car. I’m not feeling the “black out” hood treatment. I might like it more if it were the whole hood instead of stopping short at the nose of the hood.

Something is wonky with the rear bumper, maybe a poor straightening job by the bumper shop or the taillight panel is whacked (probably the former).

Robert, I thought the same thing until I looked at the Marti report (it’s the last pic),but the center vent on this car isn’t for AC, but for the Power Ventilation system. John

What is a power ventilation system? Is it just extra vents for the fan?

Power Ventilation was only available in 1969, provided forced air ventilation with either heated or unheated outside air through the center registers at the center of the instrument panel. It included a special control panel, a bypass around the heater core and a 2 piece molded plastic duct extending from the heater housing to the registers. Two additional vacuum motors were used, one for the hot water valve and the other for the function selector.

I see several nit-picky little errors in the resto. The seal on the core support s on backward and screwed down instead of stapled down. Looking at the VIN I think the cowl should be Black instead of Body color(I could be mistaken here) The fender bolts are painted S/B natural. The “C” Pillar emblem was not restored. The little trim covers for the pull strap ends are all missing. The oil pan is dinged up.
But I’d drive it. Not for $55K though.

Where is the windshield washer bottle? and hoses?

marti report also says an AM/FM radio. maybe my eyes deceive me but it looks like only an AM radio.
