69 Under hood insulation

Did a 69 CJ /Ram Air have under hood insulation? I can find no evidence but want to be sure.

In 1969 and 1970, all Cougars came with an under hood blanket except for the 428 cars equipped with ram air.

Thank’s Dave. It’s what I thought but saw a 428/RA that had it and wanted verification it was incorrect.
