I suspect that my 1969 Cougar has a 1970 driver side door shell on it. The data plate is missing. I don’t see any holes where it would have been riveted on unless they have been filled. Is there any way to tell? Internally it has glue in glass and 69 door panel. Any help would be appreciated.
I’d suspect it was changed. But used the original window and interior trim. I don’t recall where date codes were stamped on the door, but usually it would not be in a place that one can see without taking the interior trim off.
