1st. Gas door: Is the cat avail in repop?
- Is the foil background avail in black or are people painting them?
- What sheet metal/stamped nuts are you using to assemble the gas door. Ive not found correct ones from AMK, close, but not correct

Bill, the cat size is the same as used on the 1970 Standard grille insert. Not sure if the pins are correct or not. As far as I know, no other exact sized cat is available.

Right and left facing walking cats are under development right now. Hope to have them before year end.

I used a standard front cat on my rear fuel door. The holes don’t line up with a standard gas door, not sure about one that’s an eliminator door. Pretty sure I got the foil from John’s Cougar out of Holland

Well, I missed the detail that eliminators have a black background on the fuel door…I would think the scuffing and painting with SEM would work, but are the Eliminator foils the same as xr-7/standard with the ribs or are they flat like the front on standard?
Because I’ve blacked out all my chrome or painted it body color, I’m going to leave mine as it is. Good information
