70 Headlight Vacuum Actuator Bellows Replacement

The bellows on my actuator has a hole at the base of it and needs to be replaced. I haven’t seen any videos on this yet. I bought a Bellows from WCCC this morning, so I’m going to try it myself. Is there anyone out there with experience with this replacement? My Plan B is to buy a re-manufactured one from NPD. Does anyone have any thoughts on this subject? Thanks.

The accordion bellows is a dust cover and has a weep hole at the base to let air pass. Just use a punch, uncrimp and then recrimp the can when the new one is in place.

Soon we will have a video on how to change both seals.
