70 XR-7 Steering wheel pad insert

Looking for the steel burlwood insert used on XR-7 rimblow horn pads, in good condition. The insert is the piece held to the pad using bent over tabs and the cougar emblem is mounted to it. I don’t need the emblem, just the insert. Tried finding a vinyl wrap material but couldn’t match the dash. Thanks

Hi Mike. I’ve been trolling Ebay for some time and didn’t find any in decent condition. I understand it can be hard to find a good one but I have also learned there are people out there that have stuff squirreled away and may want to part with them. Sometimes you just gotta ask.
