Took the car out yesterday for about 3hours, it was a gorgeous day with perfect weather and people were out everywhere. Went driving around and saw so many great classic cars. Parked in a few different locations, polished the car and met a bunch of people who couldn’t get enough of the Cougar. As you all know, everywhere you go becomes a car-show with beeping, thumbs up, big smiles and great conversation. These classic cars are magical in bringing people together in the best ways.
In all driving conditions, the car performed flawlessly! All the previous issues are gone. Now have smooth idle & acceleration, no more bog or hesitation, no dying out. While frequently stopped & idling, no out of range temps or overheating. Heat soaked several times with no more boiling and it starts right up. Thanks again for all your help🙏 and for letting us all here at home enjoy this car again.

Much appreciated. And the Marti stuff is in process now. So once I have it, is there somewhere you all want it posted? should it be right here replied in this thread, a new post, or is there a specific thread to use. Thanks for any instruction on that.
If I am recalling correctly you did a post here introducing yourself and the car to the forum. If I am correct on that then that would be good place to post the Marti report. It is good to hear that you were able to get the problems sorted out and that the car is now back up and running like it should.
