My pursuit of ending the rear main leak has hit a milestone with the engine out and on a stand. I didn’t know, but now I do. Match to VIN.

Thats always good to find! I got a surprise on mine - two of the numbers were transposed. My VIN sequence number is 530650, but the block stamp on my M code Cleveland is 530560. I ordered the Marti for 530560, and it was an H code Windsor engine. So it’s not the engine from that car. Apparently the factory simply made a mistake when stamping my block.
