Dennis, this is the car in the video with shorty headers and a edelbrock 650. I bought the car already put together and then I put 4V heads, changed the Ac to an after market, and just made it mine. The color is not an original but close. Leather seats green and black, Strange posi 373 gears with the original drive train. FMX beefed up. It’s hell out of the gate but runs at about 3200 rpm at 60 mph.
All in all it’s a great car and a lot of fun to drive.

With the scoop, has that been modified and the Flow master mufflers, are they 40’s? Do you get any droning in the car when idling or driving?
Motor has a mild cam with a street strip ebelbrock high rise intake, the sound was fuller when it had long headers with a h pipe but since I changed to shorty headers and an X pipe, the sound has changed somewhat. The suspension is lowered 2 inches and with the long headers It would scrape the curve every time. I drive the car often and was not happy with bottoming out. If there is any droning it would be at highway speed, the wife does not like the attention that she gets in the car and the sound of the motor makes it difficult to have a normal conversation when we are together. The car gets a lot of attention from the neighbors walking the neighborhood for exercise to driving at 60 on the interstate. I’ve had State troopers pull on side and give the thumbs up. Love your HT, looks very elegant with the body color and wheels. Is the 'vert color the same exact color (or is the HT a green-gold and to 'vert yellow-gold?)? You planning on keeping both cars when the 'vert is done?

Bob, I don’t know the name of the green paint but the yellow is what I have researched as metallic yellow. I tried to match the green color because I wanted a sports mirror on the passenger side but was never happy with the finished product so no sports mirror.
I want both cars, I built the vert to look and drive original, the standard is a tad modified, I’ve also sunk enough money into the pair that I truly do own them. I have met guys that have grown tired of their cars and want to sell or even trade what they have, but end up with a bigger problem. I’ve only been into "this " for 2 1/2 years so it would be hard to part with either car.

Hello.
Here is a pic of my Cat. Recently i put in new hardware to the calipers and a pair of new shocks in front. Also cut one turn on the coils, did about 2".
Soon there will be a front spoiler and new rocker mouldings.
