AC vs. non AC parts compatibility

I have a 68 Cougar which was a factory AC car. There are some missing parts for the heater box and I realize they use a different heater core. My question is whether the fan motor or any other part of the plenum is compatible with the non AC heater box I can get on ebay for cheap? I will not have AC in the car, so I would like to convert it with the minimum amount of parts.

Sadly nothing as far as the box goes. Dash panel has A/C center, controls, hoses, fan,& other items different, so nothing much…

Thanks. I will see if the customer has the parts to complete this. I see them on ebay used, so that is always an option.
