Does anyone know if this radio will fit in a 1968 XR7 with the radio in the padded console? If so, do they include extra long knobs to reach inside the console? All the vendors say it fits in the dash with no cutting but leave out anything about those of us with console units.
My AM/8 track has a broken pulley so it makes sense to go with a modern unit that looks original.
