A'ight, Bill B.....

You being a displaced Okie, and all, you can go first:

Pokes, or Sooners???

Bedlam is tomorrow…too bad they both CHOKED, and it’s not for a National Title game bid!

Gotta support the Cowboys! Never been this much on the line for OSU before… but I do expect them to choke as the tradition is pretty strong.

I know you didn’t ask me but I have to admit there are a few things about OU that I like. One of them being that my bride is an OU grad and a KKG. She occasionally forces me to go to the games and I have to suffer dearly because of it. Yes that is me suffering in the middle of this photo. I attended OU for 3 years prior to going to and graduating from OSU (after another 3 years and just a year before BIll I believe). My blood does run orange on Bedlam days but I have developed a nice callous having watched OSU lose many, many games. To put it in perspective I was at the game of the century between OU and NU. My father was a full OU professor at the medical center and has long since retired. Still my allegiance lies primarily with OSU. I also went to CU for awhile but could care less about the Buffalo’s.

What is your OU connection mo2872? You an alum?

GO POKES!!

Oh the humanity! How did you ever survive!?!

It was brutal, I just cannot explain it in words…

The short answer is Yes, I’m an OU alum…but I had a helluva time my 9 months living in Stillwater, OK…! (I would say my “nine months of schooling” in Stillwater, but, hell, I came out of there with ONE credit hour!), living under an iron fist will do that to a fellow when he finally gets out…

I, for one, can say, go OKLAHOMA, in this game. I also attended both OSU, and OU, and enjoyed BOTH schools immensely.

My OU connection first and foremost is the whole fam-damily seems to bleed Crimson and Cream. My dad was a Tulsa cop for what seems like eternity, before scoring a gig as the “Director of Public Safety” for OU(basically the OU Police Chief)…I had a “rough” scolarly year at OSU while he was still at TPD, and when he got the gig at Norman, he snookered me into coming down there…something about “employee discount in the aviation dept”…well, I swallowed that bait hook, line and sinker, and was down there post-haste…LMAO. Enrolled, and in classes before I ever even THOUGHT to check the legitimacy of his claim…LMAO! Anyway, when I found out the truth, I was deep into it already, and, lets face it, living with the folks, three squares, and no bills(other than tuition, which I now had to come up with, since I’d squandered my FIRST frosh year), that’s hard to give up! So, slogged through it, met my wife in a Meteorology class, and “finished” my degree(most worthless piece of paper I’ve ever posessed!).

I went to OSU mainly out of spite at the time, what with Pops and the fam being huge OU fans/supporters, but, I’m glad/proud to say I love them both.

Bedlam, much to my wifes chagrin(die-hard OU Met student that she is), is just another game for me to say, “Go Oklahoma!”, and be happy with the outcome either way!

LMAO!!! I’ve seen that pic before!!! That is the BEST face of “suffering”…because I’m almost certaing your bride is on the backside of that camera!

I’ve often considered purchasing a bright orange OSU shirt, a crimson OU one, and splitting them both down the middle. Join the halves of each together for a “Fan Divided” type thing…

I have that in flag form, it’ll be waving tomorrow. Like you, I can’t lose.

Not knowing a lot about the Bedlam, and trying to make an informed decision, based on the following pics and other more NSFW types I have seen, I vote a triple OT tie…

Yup, I’d tie them up triple time, for sure…oooops…wrong forum…DOH!!!

Oklahoma wins!!! LMAO

What a shellacking…44-10, OSU. Nice job, Cowboys. Gooners, better shore up that D for next year…

OUCH!!! If the 'EERS get to play in the BIG XII next year I like that defense just the way it is…just saying…

LOL, I bet you do…but, you’d have to face State, as well…

Congrats to the 2012 Fiesta Bowl champs, the Oklahoma State Cowboys, 41-38 over Stanford.

The Sooners can look back on two significant accomplishments from their season: They beat Iowa to win the Insight Bowl, and they won a Heisman… for the Baylor quarterback.

Fiesta was a fantastic game this year. Two teams that wanted it bad, and it came down to the wire. Feel bad for that Stanford kicker, though…ugh, poor kid.

As for OU…there’s been a ton of “house cleaning” in the last month, lots of bad apples transferring, or plain told not to come back. We’ll see what next year brings.
