I have a 69 cougar with a factory 428. I need to get the alignment done (new tires squeal when cornering slow). Few shops even do alignments anymore but I can’t seem to find the alignment specifications for the car, thanks.
Unless you’re running factory style bias tires, you need to use specs for radials. Radial tires need as muc positive caster as the alignment tech can tune in. You can also put a shim or two behind the forward upper control arm bolt to move the balljoint back, which will also increase Positive caster.
This may be of some help.
Try 2005 crown vic specs . You ll love it
