Are the parking lights and back up lights the same for 67 cougar and mustang?

The back up lamps for 1967 - 68 Cougar use the same body as the '65 - 66 Mustang but the wiring harness is different. The parking lights are in the tail lamps, and front turn signals. Again the front turn signal / parking lamp bodies are the same as 65 - 66 Mustang but they are wired differently for Cougar. Also the Cougar uses a white lens with amber bulbs. The Mustang uses plain bubs with amber lenses in 65 - 66.
None of the 1967 - 68 Mustang stuff is the same.
