just finished your public service announcement, and enjoyed it thoroughly. Just wish you would have dropped the glass on the floor like the quarter. Still, good to know. I wish I would have watched it before buying the repro voltage regulator form another supplier. Live and learn.
Thanks for saying so! We have been getting a lot of positive feedback on that video. What a lot of folks do is go to our our site for the reviews, pictures and videos and then go elsewhere to buy the part and save money. Honestly I am OK with that as I do the same thing some times. It is a numbers game. We found if we throw a ton of education out there on our site it will bring a lot of traffic and if a small percentage purchase from us it is was worth it to give all the service and info for free.
I have been learning a lot from your videos. Unless it is a crazy price difference (which I have only found once so far), I will buy from you every time. It is worth it to support the great information you present.

Yeah, I’ve been guilty of buying elsewhere, but honestly, would rather spend the money with you guys and get an honest description of what I’m paying for. I have seen more than one misrepresented part in a suppliers catalog, so I can vouch for that claim in the video. It’s not erroneous.
Like I said, I wish I would have watched the video BEFORE I started buying. I’ve already purchased from you, but will be doing a LOT more business with WCCC. I just got this car with so much done already, that I honestly don’t have a ton of things to do. If you started selling speed parts, that would be another story completely. Or do you, I haven’t really looked for that kind of stuff on your site.
Yea I gotta give Don and the gang props for telling it like it is. Even before the video the website parts sometimes “recommends” going a different route. Don’s even told me on the phone, hey go down the street to your local (name deleted) store and get it there. Good thing his shop is thousands of miles away from me 
Well I’m putting my money where my mouth is. I just made Christmas easy for my wife. Put a bunch of stuff in my cart so all she has to do is login and check out. So Don, you guys will be shipping my Christmas in the very near future.

I love that this marketing strategy actually works - talking smack about the products you sell, to demonstrate trustworthiness. Pretty cool.
I also find it amusing how much more popular the “worst products” video is compared to its accompanying “best products” video. But then I guess everyone’s used to seeing a spokesman touting how great their products are. Pretty unusual to see the opposite…
