Blower Motor: Replace or Keep

Hi All,

I’m working on the heater box for my son’s 1970 non A/C restoration and I am wondering if it I advisable to replace the blower motor while i have it out. It does work but it has been sitting for over 25 years. I’ve heard the new ones are not as good as the originals. This is why I ask. Just looking for opinions. Thanks.

The replacements made in China don’t even look right. Personally I would reinstall the original if it still works. It will likely outlive both of us.
