Anyone see the Blue Bloods Bullit Mustang episode Friday.
When Danny is telling Baez how much that car is worth and she says: That’s a lot of money for an old Ford.

I did not. But what I did watch was a Fantom Works episode with their take on a Bullit/Eleanor mustang with all hand made sheet metal body add-on’s, a Coyote engine, 6-speed, modern suspension, very impressive work/car. Think it might have been at SEMA?
Fantom Works Mustang looked good with its all steel body. Front valance was ok but could have been better in my opinion. I really liked the roof treatment.
I’ve never seen the show Blue Bloods. Is that the show with Tom Selleck?

Ha, sounds like something Baez would say. Missed the ep, I’ll have to catch it on-line.
I thought it was a cool story.
Yes it is.
Yes that was a good episode.
Z, did not mean to hijack your thread, it just made me think of what I had watched over the weekend.
No problem.
Don’t think I’ve ever seen Fantom Works, what channel is it on.
It is on Velocity. They are in Norfolk, Va. They do some pretty neat stuff. I also watched another episode last night where they built a vintage wooden hydroplane from scratch. Pretty amazing (their shop is apparently an old boat shop). I’d like to visit there one day.
I’ve watched Fantom Works since it started showing on Velocity. I know they never aired an episode having a Cougar as a main car but they have had a 67 in the shop on more than a couple of episodes. Here is a link to the Fantom Works Cougar page.
I saw Dan from Fantom Works talking to a group of people at SEMA last week. What you see on that show is what you get. He’s direct, to say the least.
im diggin the gold montego gt in the shop/showroom.ive seen a red 68 with 04 mach one wheels onit a few times too in the shop.for being a camaro guy dan sure has a lot of ford products in the collection…we’re planning a southern vacation for next year and since we will be going through VA an eastern detour may be in order…
