Hi,
I had my original AM radio (69) converted to bluetooth 5+ years ago. Late last year on acceleration or a bump it changed songs (skipping).
Over the winter I pulled the unit out checked all wires- rewrapped them and reheat shrinked (shrunk?) them. Checked power and ground tightness and resecured the unit. Nothing seemed loose as I checked it, but closed everything up tight.
The skipping seemed to slow down this year, but it is back to where it was.
The company that did the conversion has shut down- the owner passed away.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Or thoughts on these units going bad? If so, what was the fix?
Thanks
