Burned on carbon need help or ideas

I’m starting a side business cleaning high end outdoor gas grills. I’m sitting on a gold mine. No one is doing here and the clientele is here!

This is a $1200 4 burner Napoleon grill after I got done cleaning it.

Just a small before pic.

The issue is I have is removing burned on carbon and remove carbon on stainless steel. Can’t use die grinder, wire brush etc with damaging the stainless steel.

I’ve done numerous searches non toxic biodegradable products. Found one product but still lots of elbow grease.

I need to be in out with no return trips. Letting stuff soak over night etc.

What are your thoughts ideas?

Meanwhile. Not doing much with the Colonel. Except out and about local on weekends!

Vapor Blasting seems to be really slick, but the initial purchase price is sorta high.

Soda blasting also dry ice.

Thanks for the ideas. I need something portable that won’t make a mess.

Working on $1200 - $7000 built in or cart grills etc. Can’t make a big mess.

Looking for a cleaner degreaser in can or bottle. Plus your experience with it.

Thanks

Can you get replacement parts. I have been able to keep my much cheaper Weber alive for almost 25 years with a few parts.

Same here…couple of burners and a date with a pressure washer a couple of times a year my latest Weber has made it 12 years and is going strong.

Thanks for the input.

I can’t use anything under high pressure. I cant have crud flying all over high end deck / built in grill with stone work. We’re talking homes over 1.5 million on up to and above $50 million.

Service and repair is part of my business. Igniter piece from factory was $85.

Was just looking for a degreaser product that would cut through burned on carbon.

Love my classic Weber genesis with wooden side tables.

Thanks y’all
