Cougar Bill knows the car intimately as has worked on my cat for years! He is the Cougar Whisperer.

But he doesn’t do formal appraisals. Looking for a Certified Auto Appraiser in my area.

I do Certified Auto Appraisals. I’m in Parker, but we come to you. We do anything automotive from the first autos to current, I own a Cougar - not that it matters.
