Competition gold paint code?

I’m having difficulty getting a paint shop to mix this color.
I have seen a few paint codes on the web. Most common is a ( U 2232 ). ( JB 2232 ). I called a few paint distributors (keystone - tills - Zimmerman) and none can reference that code.
I believe grabber orange in the ford line is the same.
Does anyone know of a code for this color I should be providing instead? My local body shop is willing to order in the supplies for me at his cost. I’m just finding it odd the paint companies are asking me to bring a sample to scan and match.

The door tag paint code is U.
PPG paint code is 2232. Any paint place worth talking to should be able to figure that out.

Paintref is a great site, IMO. You may also find information on Competition Gold using the Ford number (M3659). Basically the same infor that Royce linked to, but from the perspective of the Ford paint number.
