I found this on Ebay searching for cougar stuff. Here is the link. http://www.ebay.com/itm/MERCURY-COUGAR-ELIMINATOR-ART-XR7-GT-E-1967-1968-1969-1970-DRAG-RACE-STRIP-427-/191685061258?hash=item2ca151ea8a&vxp=mtr
Hanging on my kitchen wall !
This is one of my favorites - a vintage poster that is one in a series offered by Ford in 1967.
I scored a very nice original - you see copies for sale that people make by scanning in the back of the April 1967 issue of Hot Rod mag.

cool poster, but noticed number on hood does not match number on hood on leaders car.
^^^ LOL! Very good catch!
I have a pretty extensive collection of vintage Mercury Cougar print collateral which I scan and share on the inter webs. I alway alter stuff in Photoshop because my labors end up for sale by others, reposted or even used in magazine articles.
I can always tell when my scans are being used
I’m usually more subtle than this but it was too tempting to reverse the #s on the door.

On the Irvine print, check out the way the top ends at the rear window on the G car.
I have that Michael Irvine print in my office as well. Framed beautifully as well.
I really like this lithograph. It’s a must have for the Cougar enthusiast. If you noticed the top molding on the G car, did you notice the GTE has a G scoop on it. I love catching little details like this, in either case they don’t take away from the print at all.
