Heads up everyone! We have confirmed a room block at our usual show hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott Harrisburg West/Mechanicsburg. Discounted rates in the block are $119, Thursday, June 3; $219, Friday, June 4; and $229, Saturday, June 5.
The block’s open until May 13, but you’ll want to book a room soon, as we expect the block to fill quickly. Please note there’s a 72-hour cancellation policy, which means you’ll need to cancel by 11:58 p.m., Monday, May 31, 2027, to avoid a one-night room charge.
