My wife and I enjoy watching the TV show Fargo. When we watched it this evening we both spotted a Cougar driving by in the background of one of the scenes. Here is a screen capture:
I wonder who owns the Cougar?

Good eye! That’s a cool shot.
Cool! I watched it and missed that altogether. I’ve still got it on the DVR.
BTW - IFargo is an amazing show. Best thing on TV right now. t’s ‘Breaking Bad’ good.
I agree it is a great show. I laughed when my wife asked if it was a Cougar or a Mustang. I stated Cougar, so we hit rewind on the DVR. It’s a pretty good drive by around the mid 40 minute mark of the show.

A while back I was watching the old Wonder Woman TV show with my daughter. There were a few scenes where it showed various people going in and out of a building, and parked in front of it was a light blue '67 cougar. Looked pretty mint too! Episode was “The Fine Art of Crime”. So cheesy, but watching Linda is just as great as an adult as it was when I was a child - although for different reasons >.>
Watching Back to the Future II last night. When Marty and Doc return from 2015, coming down the street to Marty’s house I spotted this, 69 or 70.
Some of the best Cougar spotting is found on Adam-12. Period show with lots of Fords.
Today’s ep. (Log 66 - Vandals):
(One of the only times you’ll see a Dodge catch a Cougar
)
Turns out the car is stolen and there is a body in the trunk:
Awesome Cougar spotting guys. I’m glad I’m not the only one that notices these things. The Back To The Future II Cougar looks like it’s rear bumper has seen better days.

It was funny, I thought was that a Cougar? Backed it up and sure enough it was.
Immediately thought of this thread and took a pic.
I was looking for another episode I saw a blue '68 in, and stumbled across this:
I was very proud of both myself and the Mrs as we watched Fargo and both looked at each other and smiled after we saw that go bye…it’s amazing how distinctive a Classic Cat is, even for one second!
Now I know why all of you are watching cat videos on youtube…
I spotted this Cougar today watchin a television episode of Twilight Zone from 1985 titled A Little Peace and Quiet.

seems like I sometimes see the same Cougar more than once in the same episode on Adam-12. I think one of the staff was just real
proud of it,
Re. Twilight Zone - Looks like a '66 Merc station wagon, too!
That was me…
I think that’s an 80’s LTD/Crown Vic wagon.
White car in the background is an Opel Kadett.
In the scene the owners of the Opel and the Cougar are arguing. It appears that the Opel backed into the Cougar. In reference to the station wagon it’s definitely a mid 80’s Ford wagon.

Agreed, and on Columbo and Rockford Files as well. Loaded with street/chase scenes. I watch them on Netflix regularly just for the car spotting.
