I hope it’s not bad news. I sent them my steering wheel, vent windows and bought some other parts from there and I’m still waiting for them.

I’ll bet it’s not good news.

Per Facebook, they just completed a move.

Really poor business communication ( via Facebook no less ) not to notify existing customers and especially those with orders in various stages of process, that a move to the company was underway. Why not a banner across their web-site advising potential customer of possible delays in orders with the dates clearly spelled out ? Why not post something on this Forum, the most efficient way to notify the largest number of Cougar enthusiasts of this significant change to his business ? Take a cue from WCCC as to how to work with customers and enhance that relationship.

I got a text this morning, the web site is being updated by their web guy tomorrow. They don’t actually use this site but I have invited them to do so.

You put it on your credit card. Go ahead and contest it. I had a similar issue nd the credit card company refunded the money.

Just got the parts I ordered.

Did Critter Creek dispute the chargeback?

This is three year old thread.

They still have the same shitty business practice so I don’t think that matters 3 years later.
