The tick is back. Any ideas???
Take a piece of heater hose about 3 ft long and hold one end to your good ear and probe with the other. You’ll find the tick without burning or removing any fingers

Just heard back from my clock guy in Fremont. He said they can’t get parts for it, and everybody in the country who was fixing 'em, has now stopped fixing 'em. And everybody he talked to who’s willing to try it, the starting price is $1000. They said they could put a battery clock movement in it. But i’m not sure I want to do that. HELP???

Will go down this path.
I recently bought a clock from eBay and see they have lots of them professionally rebuilt. Maybe they can help. Wouldn’t heart to ask.
