Here is one he is rather proud of. He has them for all makes.
I have a small collection of dealer trim rings here. Mostly from Washington state dealers. I have all my metal ones hanging with my licens plate collection. with the exception of the one on my 71, original to the car are the plate and trim ring. Olympic is now closed.
This is the original Olympic Lincoln Mercury one with the original plant on my 71 XR-7
2 more versions from Olympic.
From Fair Way Ford in Coldendale WA. This had to be a small dealer as Goldendale is not a big town. This dealer is gone as far as I can find.
Rygmyr Lincoln, Mercury in Mount Vernon WA, I remember hearing there radio ads growing up. It is now Dwayne Lane’s Skagit Ford Lincoln.
From Tacoma WA I have this Bill Gill trim ring. Bill Gill passes away several years back. It looks like a Subaru dealership in in his location now.
From Everett WA I have Brien Ford, Lincoln, Mercury.
Interesting side bar with Brian Ford, It was Kline Motors before becoming Brian, Kline Motors is the ordering dealer for my White 70 XR-7. I also bought my 2015 Focus from Brian Ford. It is now “Epic Ford”.
From the Big City in Eastern Washington state I have Spokane Lincoln, Mercury Mazda. This looks to have become Foothills Lincoln.
This is from Mallon Ford that use to be in Tacoma WA.
I have plastic ones from Bickford Ford in Snohomish WA and Kirkland Ford in Kirkland WA. I may have one or two more Ford Mercury plastic trim rings but do not have any plastic ones up on my wall. I think I need to fix that.
I have one from Van Nuys Motors L-M on my Cougar and one from Parkwood L-M in Woodland Hills CA on the way from an eBay seller. Not cheap but cool.
I’m looking for a chrome license plate frame from David Bricker Lincoln Mercury. There have been some on eBay, but not in very good condition.
It will have “BRICKER” stated at the top and “HOLLWOOD” on the bottom of the frame.
Here is one on a 1970 deck lid that I bought from Lin Thurston at Carlisle before he went to work for Don.
If you have a paint code 2 (light ivy yellow) that came from 22A112, I would probably consider letting the grade a deck lid go.

Dave, do you have a wider pick of the Holiday deck lid? I’m curious as to where they had it. Although it looks like the left corner. Pole Cat came from Holiday. Now would you be willing to let the Holiday emblem go?
At the beginning of this thread I mentioned that I would love a Coral Gables L-M badge, as that is where my G was originally sold.
To my astonishment a packaged arrived to me a few months back, and inside was just such a badge plus an awesome Berkshire Transmissions mug.
Which I am enjoying a hot cup of coffee in right now
I can’t thank you enough Mark!!

Anyone have a license plate frame from Redwood Lincoln Mercury in San Francisco by chance? That’s where my XR7 was purchased from back on January 14, 1970. I would be interested in one if you do. Let me know please. Thanks.
