Door Hinge Bolts

Hey all,
Does anyone know what size bolt that are in the door hinges of a 69? Are they 5/16-18 x 1 inch with a flanged washer? Do the threads go all the way from flange washer to end?

I think you have the 5/16-18 but I think they are 1 1/2 inch with a shoulder.

They are 5/16-18 x 1.125 long.
