When I open the door it automatically wants to spring open a couple inches…is this normal? I put in new hinge pins and bushings

Yes 2 years ago with doors left shut…however the passenger door is perfect…thanks
My $.02, Window is out of adjustment. do you have to slam it to get it to latch shut?
