[quote=“Mike_B_SVT”]Ok Brian, I’ll see your 351 sunroof car and raise you a SCJ
In my best Krammer voice “Im out!” lol
Very nice SCJ Eliminator , but for that kind of money I can see some stuff that needs attention. Especially when they state this in the ad " The bodywork is vastly better than production-line, and the exacting gaps and ultra-straight bodywork is easy as long as you have a lot of time and a lot of money" but the driverside front hood to fender extention is a mile off. The passenger side is off a little, but not bad compared to the driverside. On a typical show car that wouldn’t stand out so bad, but it drew my attention Immediately. The aftermarket floor mats look out of place as well. You would expect a higher end dealer to have pictures of the underside as well.
Came across this one today.

thanks nice. I wish I could find a 67-68 that easily.
Keep at it Lucky! I’ve been looking for “the right one” for 2 years now.
Hey, got this in my mail yesterday! I think it’s an Eliminator that everyone can afford too!

Looks like Beaver colors on the comp orange. LOL
Sorry Lucky, been busy trying to herd a cat. Hope to have an update here next week, but work is gonna be crazy when I get home. Doesn’t help that work internet access has cracked down on some of the sites we are allowed to visit.
I really like this

I want a 89 though can they be had for under 5k?
They can, but usually they have a lot of “needs” at $5k and under. A good, reasonably solid, reasonably complete, running 351 / auto eliminator will be in the 10-15k range usually - more, depending on condition and options of course.
I thought Geoff sold his blue '70 project?
