Good day peeps hope all is well. I have a question I have purchase new park brake cables for my Cougar 1969 XR7 I have installed all the cables but went to hook them up to the cable for the pedal and it seems like it is about 3 inches short. I have bought two cables on long and one longer as I dont know if my car was built early or late in 1969. WCCC says there are two different cable lengths depending on when the car was built. I have tried both and neither seem to be long enough. Any suggestions on how to connect the cables from rear brakes to ebrake pedal?
