Got a call from my buddy Joey who wanted to get out with his 72 Chevelle SS and go for a drive. So I met him with Esmerelda (my 67 Cougar) and we had a blast taking some country roads and snapping some pics.

Very nice pictures. It was sunny here today. But last night we got about 5 inches of snow. No Cougar driving here today.

Looks like a great day out. That is a nice 71 or 72 Chevelle SS convertible too. I was looking for a 70 Chevelle SS convertible when I found my 70 XR7 convertible.
Thanks. Yeah. She’s a sweet Chevelle. But I think you made the right choice with the XR7.
I just have a soft spot for the 70 Chevelles, because my first car was a 70 Chevelle Coupe and always wanted an SS Convertible. I do think I made the right choice though.
