Exhaust Manifold leak

My sons 70 Ranchero with a 351C has just started to leak from the rear port on the passenger side exhaust manifold. I tried tightening it but to no avail. I noticed we did not put a gasket between the head an manifold when we rebuilt the engine a few years back. Do they make gaskets for this or does the manifold have to be decked? Thanks
