I bought a Pypes dual 2.5" exhaust system for the Cougar but it didn’t come with the manifold pipes.
I want to use the stock 302 manifold so it would need to flair out.
I think your looking for the “H” pipe w/Cast iron original manifolds. The H-pipes are all 2 1/4" so, Buy one & weld to the intermediate pipes. Just did this on the 69 428 convert.
Pypes are made for headers. You need the down pipes to cut and fit
