i took my front seats out of the car to vacum and put insulation under the seats . A nd now iam having a time putting them back in is there a certain way i can line up the holes to fasten the bolts ?
move the seat rails to the rear. They are not in alignment with each other .

ok thanks for the imput with the seats out i oil the gliders was thinking of useing a block of wood and hammer to get them to move .
It maybe easier to go forward. Both rails must be aligned w/ each other. One rail has a spring. There is a thin wire & adjuster that goes to both rail. This releases the position latches on both rails at the same time.

Your next challenge will be getting the nuts with captive washers started on the studs without losing them in the cavity between the seat riser and the floorpan.
Put a toilet paper core into the hole through the floorpan up to the seat riser. That way if the nut falls off your socket the tube prevents it from getting lost in the cavity.
