I have a medium sized standup Craftsman compressor and I have small two tank wheelbarrow style compressor. I need to sand blast could I make a manifold that will take an airline from both compressord and ran into a single line out to a sandblaster. I would imagine this will provide enought air to run a sand blaster. Anyone tried this? When I get home I will look up the specs on each compressor to determine total delivery of each compressor.

Use the tanks only as storage. Don’t think you would gain much w/ all running, but I think the main thing is…
CFM.
Your time of actual use would be very small. I have 150 gal tank w. 2 stage 5 Hp Quincy. I can only run all out 125psi for about 10-15 minutes…
Could work? let us know!
Running two compressors will not really increase the cfm but will maintain volume in the tanks longer. Sand blaster are pigs for compressed air so you will be stopping and starting allot to let them catch up. The way to do it is to have one compressors output flowing into the tank of the other almost like hooking them up in series.
