Just glanced to see who was on site and one of the users was listed as Google[BOT]? I’m mostly computer illiterate on technical things. What is this? Was listed as registered user?
That’s good. Search engines like Google use automated programs to search through message forums like this. Ultimately what it means is that when people go on Google and search for something that’s been discussed here, this forum will show up in their search results. It’s a good thing.
Yeah, we actually try to make sure that we are accessible to the bots. Eventually we may be able to use a Google product for site search as it seems that no one does it better so far.

If you wanna search this site using google, just go to google, type in your search terms, and add “site=classiccougarcommunity.com” as a search term. It will only return results from this site. Piece of cake!
Oops! Not “site=classiccougarcommunity.com”, but “site:classiccougarcommunity.com”. Just replace the equal sign with a colon. Derrrrr.
