I am about 40 minutes from that car if you need detailed pictures or a closer eye on the detail.
The listed VIN is not for a XR-7 model (92 is for a non XR-7 convertible). There was no option for four wheel disk brakes, etc.
Very nice looking but that price is way over market as is usual for these types of dealers.

Sure looks like it, Bill. I believe it is a non xr-7 car converted. The interior is leather. I saw it on craigs list several times and thought it could be had for about $25k, maybe a little less. Wasn’t the craig’s list price like 28.5?
