Any ideas on where to get S S headers for a 335 engine in a 70 Cougar?
I think they might be the same as ones for a Boss 429,the engine is one of the Ford 572 with a custom automatic transmission.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I think you have a 385 series block. That is the block used for the 429 and 460. The 335 is the block used for the 351C 351M and 400M. You will need the headers to fit the wider piston spacing of the bigger block. plus your heads. I would contact the engine vendor and see what they say as the exhaust ports may net be the same as stock 385 heads.
Heads are Cobra Super Sport aluminum
