Help with my electric headlamp door conversion

This was partially installed with what could be a homemade kit.
Id like to have a good schematic to start with. I think the motors are possibly bad.

For starters you should figure out if it is homemade or not. The commercially made kit I installed plugged directly into my existing wiring. It also came with complete instructions for installation and adjustment. Perhaps some photos of what you have would be helpful? OEM wiring is available for download at WCCC.

Ditto here. Although in the past I have done all my own work, in this case a local fabricator did it while replacing my cowl at the same time. He said it went in very easily. They work great.

I built our 67 motors using mistake motors way back using plans from Bruce habel . The most important thing imho is not to over stroke the doors and drive them into the stops . If my memory serves me correct , the doors had just over 2.5 inches of travel so I reworked the madza arms to 1.25 inches. This allowed the heim joints to be adjusted level when closed. A word of CAUTION…on a 67/68 do dot have your hands behind the doors without disconnecting the battery. You can’t even thing about moving before the doors occupy the space where your hand was

So iv got back to this project. Iv discovered I have Mazda motors. I purchased a relay kit. Does anyone have a good wire schematic for these?
