Homemade cougar parts

Might be a decent time to show off your hand -crafted parts. Even though it has been made easy to buy them, sometimes it’s easier to just make one. I’ll start with this:

Front fender brace made from tool box locking mechanism-scrap metal, basically.

Ingenuity, home made, and self satisfaction is good combination. They look awesome. My wife doesn’t understand why I don’t throw any scrap metal away, this is a perfect justification.

Fortunately, I don’t understand that business! My wife teaches kids 6th-12th how to weld. When I show here the crap I make, she gets excited and I’ll just leave it at that;)

Build some lowering blocks for the rear. No one made cougar specific blocks at the time that would work with the factory pinion degree block

These are more modified then homemade but modified xr7 dash for aftermarket gauges

Made my own export brace bracket, shock tower brackets are there because they were painted at the same time

I had everything and only needed one;)

Nothing too fancy but 3d printed some spark plug wire clips that I was happy with in 2, 3, & 4 wire options.
