Hood Pins for 1969

Hello All,

My curiosity has raised a question. Did Cougars and Mustangs use the same hood pin assemblies in 1969? I’ve seen basically the same assemblies but with different clevis pins. Round compared to Hair pin style.

Pretty sure they were both the round flip-over type
