After getting the sequential taillights and brakes lights working again thanks to the new solid state unit from WCCCC and now moving to the horn now that isn’t working.
I installed a new turn signal switch and looking to check the horn relay.
Before I twist my bad back up under the dash I was hoping someone can point its location.

My 1973 does not have a horn relay. The solid yellow and solid blue wires to the right side of the steering column are the horn. The yellow feeds from the fuse panel and the blue goes to the horn set. Check ground of horn if 12 volt output okay.
The 1970 did not come with a horn relay either.
No horn relays in Cougars or Mustangs until sometime after 1974…
