Fairly new here. How do I post pictures?
If you’re “brand new” you won’t be able to upload anything for a trial period (not sure how long anymore, but just a couple days maybe). When you do get to, once you create a topic, or reply to one on the task bar across the top of you window you will see (among other things), a black horizontal bar with an arrow, click that and choose the file you want to upload to the message.

You should have full access then, and this is what you should see - the “upload” is highligted in red:
