How much of a hassle to import a car in from Canada

I am dealing on a 70 eliminator that’s in Canada, how big of a pain is it to get it back in the states?

Depending on if you are accompanying the car back to the US… it’s pretty easy. If you are having the car brought back via a car transport company, then I would suggest going through a broker (lots of companies do this).
Now if it was a classic car going from the US into Canada… it has turned from a mild inconvenience to a requirement to hire a broker. Not by anything Canada has imposed, but due to recent changes in how imports and exports are reported between US government agencies.

Depending on where the car is in Canada (it’s a big country), I may be able to assist you.

I know it’s a different country with different rules but I bought a car from Canada to the UK and it wasn’t any hassle at all :slight_smile:
