So I am back to making some progress again on my 69!-) I just posted the second video of engine run time and idle, after adjusting valve train again. (LOVE IT!)
However, you can see in the picture that my fan blade is very exposed. As a matter of safety, and my own old age, I want to get a shroud around the blade.
The radiator is an aftermarket unit unit. I searched their website, and the only thing they have are electric units. I believe that my mechanical blade will work fine with the 3 core as far as temperature control goes. I checked summit, but didn’t really see anything generic enough that I could make fit for under 2 hundred bucks.
What is your fix for this?
I’d look at WCCC site for a reproduction shroud and put your fabrication efforts towards some solid brackets/mounting hardware. Might only cost $100 all in all.
