Ok, so I was at a business liquidation auction and picked up several sets of old Ford hubcaps. Let’s see if anyone can ID the vehicle they came off. First pic is attached.

iirc on the '70 Eliminator that I owned they were called rallye wheel covers.

You are correct! Torino had a different center medallion. Now a tougher one…

Is it the outer ring for the 15" sport cover?

This ring was used only in 1971 on the Cougar and only on std models with a 429. My guess is you would still have fingers left over after calculating all Cougars that came with. Much more common on the BOSS Mustang and Torino.
