I have a 1967 cougar I need a frame what frame would fit

Need suggestions on frame

As they are unibody, no frame. May I ask why you want tp put a frame under it?

I did see a offering for frames for Mustangs and they also had Cougars listed. They were not cheep. If I find it I’ll post later.

Thank you just window shopping as underneath car it’s rusted and looking for best possible route

Welcome to the forum. Repairing unibody rust damage requires replacement of the components and significant skills in fabrication and welding. Companies like “Roadster Shop” offer frames to modify a unibody to a frame. These are not bolt in repair kits and again require fabrication ad welding to reengineer the vehicle. Depending on the amount of rust, many times the best route is to look for another car with out or minimal rust damage. Window shop “You Tube” for Cougar/ Mustang unibody repair videos. Pieces might vary but the cars were designed similar so process would be the same. Search this site as well as some detailed projects posted with photos of complete body rebuilds. A lot of skills and hours required. Good luck with your project.
