Helping a friend get a 71 Cougar Convertible XR7. Unfortunately, someone destroyed the steering column ignition cylinder. Purchased a new collar for it but its different. Need help identifying the part and will it work? Thanks everyone

I had someone help me figure it out. Apparently this one is non-tilt and what is on the car is a tilt-column
